12:15 Pm - 1:05 PM - Dozens of Dollars String Band
Picking and singing original and favorite Indi Grass, Bluegrass and more, is Dozens of Dollars String Band.
12:30 Pm - 3:00 PM - Hot Potato Tournament
This is a cornhole tournament with space limited to the first 8 teams registered. This timed single elimination tournament is open to teams of all ages both novice and advanced. The cost is $40 per team and prize money will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place finishes. Registration will be accepted online and the day of the event.

Louisville based, folk singer/songwriter John Gage hits the stage to entertain the crowd with his resonant tenor voice and flat-picking guitar.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Independence Express Train Rides
Take a ride on the Independence Express on Saturday August 5th at the St. Matthews Potato Festival! Sponsored by our friends at Independence Bank, this free train ride will take you around the kids area of the festival for free!
2:25 PM - 3:15 PM - The Bottle Trees feat. Tiffany Lynn Puckett
Louisville based The Bottle Trees featuring Tiffany Lynn Puckett will join us to play hits through the ages!
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM - Spud Putt Tournament
This is a putting tournament with space limited to the first 8 teams registered, this timed single elimination tournament is open to teams of all ages. The cost is $20 per team and prize money will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place finishes. Registration will be accepted online and the day of the event.

Kentucky native JD Shelburne headlines the St. Matthews Potato Festival! Special thanks to Musicians' Emergency Resource Foundation (MERF) for making this possible.
